Bridgford Sopapilla Dough comes frozen. It is ready for quick frying to produce "homemade" Sopapillas. Simply remove pre-portioned Sopapilla Dough from case, break apart desired number of pieces, let thaw, and fry.
Preparation instruction: Remove desired amount of dough pieces from case. Heat oil in 375 degree fryer. Fry pieces until golden brown (flipping over while cooking). Remove from fryer. Drain. Roll in powdered sugar, cinnamon-sugar, or serve with honey and butter.
