The Bridgford Foods White Bun Dough makes delicious buns ideal for preparing sandwiches, burgers, and also for serving as an accompaniment to meals. This pre-portioned, proof-and-bake dough saves time and effort when prepping for large orders. The bulk case containing 80 Bridgford Foods White Bun Dough rolls is suitable for cafeterias, cafes, and diners.

Bridgford Bun Dough is ready for easy proofing and baking, for serving hot, freshly baked breads. Great for homemade sandwich or hamburger buns.

Preparation instruction: Grease sheet pan(s). To make hamburger style buns, use a 4 or 5 inch round metal ring. Place rings on sheet pan and grease inside of ring. Place one piece of Bridgford Bun Dough in each ring. Brush the dough with melted butter or margarine. Let proof until the dough reaches the top of the ring. Bake in a preheated 325 degree convection oven for approximately 15 minutes. Remove from oven and remove from pan and ring immediately to cool on wire rack. Brush with additional melted butter or margarine if desired.
