Bob's Red Mill Red Lentils, 25 Pound

Beautifully vibrant in color, red lentils cook quickly in just 15 minutes and are great for soups, stews, curries, and dips. Vegan; Vegetarian; High in Fiber; Kosher Pareve
 
Preparation instruction: Sort and rinse 1 cup of Bob’s Red Mill Red Lentils. Place in a medium size pot and add 3 cups of water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook until tender, about 15 minutes. Make sure to keep lentils covered with water during cooking; if water level is low, add additional water and reduce the cooking temperature.
