Regeneratively grown and hand picked from the hillsides of central Greece, these Organic Amfissa olives hold a sweet flavor reminiscent of light, fruity young olive oil. They are juicy, green in color, have a soft texture and a rounder profile and packed in the mother brine. Pitted, bake these into breads, slice on pizza, or snack freely.
