Beef Franks
The Ball Park Angus Beef 5-1 Franks can be used to create lip-smacking protein-packed treats for on-the go snacking. Made with premium quality 100% Angus beef, these beef hot dogs can be boiled, heated or grilled for great flavor. Available in a bulk pack of 2 packets per case, the Ball Park beef hot dogs are ideal for food stalls, food trucks and retail stores.

Preparation type: BOIL
Preparation instructions: Note: Due to variances in cooking equipment heating times are approximate and may
require adjustment.
Boil
Cover Franks with water. Bring to a boil. Boil 4-6 minutes or until Franks reach an internal temperature of 165F.
Heat Franks to an internal temperature of 165F; hold at 165F for 1 minute before serving; hold at 135F or higher for a maximum of 4 hours.
