The Ditka's Chicago Style Italian Beef and Gravy is a wholesome meal containing all-natural sliced Italian beef in a delicious, creamy gravy. Fully cooked and conveniently packed, the Ditka's beef and gravy reduces prep time. This bulk pack contains 6 packets of Italian beef and gravy per case and is ideal for diners, cafeterias, and food festivals.

Preparation instruction: Stove Top: Thaw product completely. Place contents of container in an uncovered saucepan. Heat on medium setting for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally until hot. Do Not Boil. Microwave Oven: For Best results, thaw Beef and Gravy in refrigerator overnight or until thawed. Remove lid from container and place on top of product loosely. Microwave on High for 2 minutes. Remove from microwave and stir well, remove lid and microwave on High for an additionally 1-2 minutes.
