GNOCCHI, POTATO DUMPLING RAW FROZEN
A small, tender potato dumpling.
Preparation instruction: Place desired amount of frozen gnocchi into salted boiling water. Stir gently and bring water back to a slow gentle boil. Cook approximately 2-4 minutes or until gnocchi float to the top of the boiling water. Do not overcook. Drain.
