Whole muscle beef is hand-trimmed during our unique process to give you a 99% lean product. Each serving of our Hot jerky contains 17g of protein. Only 1g of sugar, 2g of carbs, and 90 calories per serving. Our jerky has no added MSG, fillers, or artificial flavors.
