The Amy's Organic Indian Palak Paneer Whole Meal is a sumptuous treat that's ideal for a lunch or dinner menu. This ready-to-eat, frozen Indian meal comes with creamy palak paneer that's made from organic spinach and soft Indian cheese with authentic Indian herbs and spices. It also has Rajmah dal that's made from organic red kidney beans in a ginger-garlic sauce and organic basmati rice. Preparation type: MICROWAVE

Preparation instructions: DIRECTIONS: Conventional Oven Preheat oven to 375F. Remove overwrap and cover tray with foil. Foil should not touch food. Place tray on a cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and continue to bake for 15-20 minutes. Let sit for 1 minute before serving. Microwave Oven Remove tray from box. Make a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Cook on high for 4-5 minutes. Let sit for 1 minute before serving. Toaster Oven Remove all packaging. Transfer product to a covered toaster oven-safe dish. Cook using the conventional oven instructions shown above. Ovens vary so please use these instructions as a guide to the best preparation for your oven.
