The skin totally wraps around the filling with folds on top, it is closely sealed and the seal area is tight and evenly distributed. Cabbage is in 12 mm diced, other vegetables are 6 mm diced.

Preparation instructions: Preparation Notes Heating times may vary due to equipment. Heat from frozen. Deep Fryer Instructions Heat oil to 375F (190C). Deep fry frozen Potsticker for 4 to 5 minutes, or until golden brown. Drain and serve. Stovetop Skillet Instructions Pan Fry: Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in skillet, fry frozen Potsticker on one side at low heat until golden brown. Add 1/2 cup of water, bring to boil, then simmer for 5 minutes or until water is evaporated. Serve. Steam + Pan Fry: Steam Potsticker for 8 minutes. Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in skillet, fry steamed Potsticker on one side at medium heat until golden brown (around 3 minutes). Serve. Steam Cabinet Instructions Steam: Place frozen Potsticker on a lightly oiled strainer or rack. Cover and steam over boiling water for 8 - 10 minutes.
