The Amoy Hakka Noodles are thick wheat noodles that can be used in Chinese and Indian cuisines. These par cooked noodles are easy to prepare and can be added to stir-fry or soups. The bulk case is ideal for restaurants, soup stations, noodle stations and food trucks.
Par-cooked (NRTE), frozen, yellow, wheat-based noodle.
Preparation instruction: From frozen, cook noodles in boiling water for 4.0 - 5.0 min. Remove from boiling water. (Product will be hot. Please handle with care.)
