The Rich JW Allen Koko Dipping Icing can be used with donuts, cakes, brownies, and a variety of desserts. With a delicious chocolate flavor, it contains no trans fat or cholesterol. Available in a 23-pound pail, the Rich JW Allen icing bulk case is a great buy for bakeries, cake shops, and cafes.

Chocolate icing, typically used on donuts, that does not have to be heated. Will harden a bit when dry, but is not as stable as other icings so not suggested to store in clamshells. Packaged in 23 lb pail.

Preparation instruction: FOR PIPING, DIPPING, OR DRIZZLING - STIR TO SOFTEN ROOM TEMPERATURE ICING. DO NOT ADD WATER, HEATING IS NOT REQUIRED. ICING TEMPERATURE SHOULD BE 68°F - 80°F. TEST ICING TEMPERATURE BEFORE USING. ALLOW 20 MINUTES TO DRY BEFORE PACKAGING. STORE BETWEEN -10ºF AND 80ºF. IF FROZEN OR REFRIGERATED, TEMPER AT ROOM TEMPERATURE OVERNIGHT. CLOSE LID TIGHTLY AFTER USE TO AVOID TOP CRUSTING.
