The Maria and Ricardo’s Quinoa Flour Tortilla can be used to make a scrumptious sandwich or fajita. Made with a blend of quinoa flour, tapioca, potato starch, and avocado oil, this tortilla is baked in ovens. With no artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives, the Maria and Ricardo’s tortilla is healthy. Available in 9.1-ounce packs, this bulk case will be great for cafes, diners, and food trucks.

Product should be stored at frozen temperatures (<32F) until it is used. Best Performance at Room Temperature IF the Product is FROZEN: Remove bagged product from the case and let to defrost in a refrigerator until fully thawed (overnight: approximately 12 hrs). Fluff to separate and use the product accordingly. IF REFRIGERATED: Remove bagged product from case and let to stand at room temperature 1-3h. After reaching room temperature, fluff and individually separate each tortilla.
