The Otis Spunkmeyer Value Zone Chocolate Chip Frozen Cookie Dough makes a quick and delicious addition to snack menus. This frozen cookie dough comes loaded with chocolate chips for a sweet taste. The bulk case of the Otis Spunkmeyer cookie dough will be an ideal buy for cafes, bistros, and diners.

FROZEN COOKIE DOUGH CHOCOLATE CHIP BULK BAG 1/128/2.5 OZ
 
Preparation instruction: Preheat oven for 10 minutes. Place a pan liner on baking pan. Place cookies 2" apart on a parchment paper pan liner. Do not thaw before baking. Otis Oven: Temp Pre-set for 19-21 minutes. Commercial Convection: Temp 300 F for 13-16 minutes. Conventional Gas/Electric: Temp 325 F for 18-21 minutes. Make sure that the oven thermostat is accurate. Baking time will vary by type of oven and numer of racks used at one time. When properly baked, cookies will remain soft even after cooling. Allow cookies to cool for 30 minutes before removing from baking pan. Cookies are still baking while cooling on the pan.
