The Rich s Whip Liquid Topping is a concentrated non-dairy topping that makes a perfect base for variety of desserts. Containing no milk or milk fat, this Kosher pareve product blends well with any flavor or ingredient. Just add water and whip. This 12 pack bulk case is ideal for supermarkets, convenience stores, caf , cafeterias and restaurants.

Concentrated non-dairy liquid topping that is a perfect base for a variety of recipes (pastry fillings, mousses, cream pies). Simply add water and whip. It blends perfectly with any flavor or ingredient. Packaged in 2-lb cartons. Product is Kosher pareve. 2 Pound -- 12 per case.

 

Preparation Instructions:

1. Thaw in refrigeration (35°F to 45°F).

2. Shake well. Pour 2 parts of Whip Topping Base and 1 part cold (below 50°F) liquid (water, fruit juice, milk or cream) in cool bowl.

3. Whip on medium speed with a wire whip until soft or firm. Product in liquid form should not be refrozen. Use as a dairy stabilizer.

4. Combine 2 parts Whip Topping Base and 1 part heavy cream.

5. Whip at medium speed.

 

Storage:

Frozen: 365 days

Refrigerated: 3 days
