The FPI FireRoasters Smoky Applewood Salmon Fillets make a delicious addition to food preparations. These thick-cut, well-seasoned salmon fillets come fire-roasted for a unique applewood smoke flavor. The FPI FireRoasters smoky applewood salmon fillets can be baked and served with dips, pita chips, sliders, or spinach and potatoes. This bulk case will be suitable for bistros, pubs, and diners.

Preparation instruction: COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FROM FROZEN: TO BAKE: Place frozen fllets, charred side up, on a lightly oiled sheet pan. CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat oven to 375°F and bake for 13- 17 minutes. CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat oven to 400°F and bake for 24-28 minutes. NOTE: COOK TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F MINIMUM. MICROWAVE: Place 2 portions of frozen fish, charred side up, in a single layer in a microwave safe dish lined with 2 paper towels. Loosely cover and microwave on HIGH power for 5 1/2 to 6 1/2 Minutes. For best results, rotate once halfway through cooking. Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F minimum. Let stand covered in microwave for about 2 minutes before serving. NOTE: Cooking times will vary by oven model and wattage. Recommended microwave cooking times are based on an 1100-watt oven. CAUTION: Steam can cause burns. Use caution when removing hot food.
