The Amy's Organic Cheese Enchilada is an excellent choice in entrees for a Mexican inspired menu. This ready-to-eat, frozen enchilada is made using an organic white corn tortilla. It's filled with Jack and Cheddar cheeses that have been accented with olives and peppers, and a traditional Mexican sauce. Available in a bulk pack of 12 boxes per case, the Amy's organic enchilada is ideal for gourmet restaurants, delis and retail stores.

Preparation type: MICROWAVE

Preparation instructions: DIRECTIONS: Ovens may vary Microwave Oven Make a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Cook on MEDIUM for 5 minutes. Remove overwrap. Stir. Cook on HIGH for 1 minute 45 seconds. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Conventional Oven Preheat oven to 375F. Remove overwrap. Cover tray with foil and place on baking sheet. Bake for 50 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Toaster Oven Remove overwrap and tray. Place in toaster oven-safe dish. Follow conventional oven instructions.
