Ready-mixed, premium ingredients, unmatched flavor, operationally simple, versatile, perfect batch and portion control!
Bake - 1. Thaw batter in refrigerator for 12 - 24 hours before using. 2. Grease or paper-line muffin pans. 3. Stir batter; scoop batter into prepared pans. 4. Refrigerate unused batter and use within 48 hours. BAKE: RACK OVEN: Bake at 350° - 375°F until done. CONVECTION OVEN: Bake at 325° - 350°F with LOW FAN until done. (Varies by size.) Product is done when top springs back to light touch.
Serve in various size muffins, loaves, and cakes!
Storage Temp.: 0° F or below. Case Pack: 2 (8 lb.) pails.
