Pre-seasoned with 100% Non-GMO flaxseed oil, it’s ready to use immediately and naturally develops a better nonstick patina with continued use.
The reversible design offers two professional cooking surfaces: a smooth griddle side for pancakes, eggs, and burgers, and a ridged grill side for searing steaks, chicken, and sandwiches with defined grill marks.
