The Vegalene Liquid Pan Coatings is a blend of canola, sunflower and soybean oils. This coating has 0 g of trans fat, is gluten free and Kosher Pareve certified. It causes no gummy build up and can be used on pans, gridles, casseroles, baking sheets, tins and more. The bulk case is ideal for commercial kitchens.
A patented blend of three vegetable oils and heat resistant lecithin designed to provide the maximum release of food cooking surfaces. Pans and cooking surfaces wipe clean without soaking, scraping or scouring so they stay newer longer.
