Preparation instruction: Flat Grill / Griddle / Saute Pan
1. Preheat flat top to 325°F.
2. Apply oil to grill surface to prevent sticking.
3. Place steaks on grill top and cook on each side evenly.
4. Cook time will vary depending on desired degree of doneness.
5. After removing steaks from the heat, allow the steak to rest for 3 - 5 minutes on a warm plate.
