Preparation instruction: Appliances vary, adjust accordingly.
Uncooked: For safety, product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 180°F as measured by a thermometer.
Deep Fry
Preheat oil to 350°F. Fry five (5) lbs. of wing sections 14-16 minutes or until 180°F internal temperature is reached. Add 1 packet of seasoning to cooked wing sections and mix until
coated.
