Preparation instructions: We recommend heating all products in our boilable pouch. Carefully place pouch in boiling water and heat product to minimum 186 degrees F within 30 minutes. (This temperature is very important for proper finished viscosity). Heating can be done from either a frozen or defrosted state. Time will vary depending on the equipment used and the number of pouches in the water. Heating can also be done in a double boiler. Carefully empty pouch contents into the top of a double boiler and heat product to a minimum internal temperature of 185 degrees F within 30 minutes.
