Preparation instruction: Place seafood in metal basket. Place basket in pot. Fill pot with enough water to cover seafood. Remove basket of seafood and set aside. Add seasoning. Bring water to a boil. Place basket of seafood in boiling water. When water returns to a boil, time boiling as indicated on chart. When boiling time is complete, remove from heat, cover and allow seafood to soak (times listed in chart). Remove basket from water and serve.
