Tony Chachere's Gumbo Seasoning W/O Rice, 6 Oz.
12/6 oz boxed seasoning for gumbo without rice. Add water and protein for gumbo.
Preparation instruction: In a stock pot, precook 3 lbs of meat (seafood need not precook) cut into bite sized pieces. Stir in 12 cups water and gumbo seasoning packet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer 25 minutes (for seafood add after 15 minutes). Yields approx. 16 (1 cup) servings
