This dark amber multifloral honey, naturally blended by our bees, has an intense, bold and complex flavour and aroma – sweet, woody and spicy with fresh fruit and citrus notes. Blended by the bees, this multifloral Manuka honey is certified to contain >50mg/kg of Methylglyoxal. Perfect as a dressing or marinade with chicken or salad, slow roasted with nuts, or served in a whiskey cocktail.
