Taste Traditions Cream of Broccoli Soup features tender broccoli florets in a rich, creamy base made with premium ingredients. This heat-and-serve frozen soup is ideal for restaurants, cafés, and catering kitchens, offering a smooth, consistent texture and classic flavor.
Each 8 lb. bag (2 per case) is full strength and ready to heat from frozen or thawed, helping reduce prep time and labor. Serve as an appetizer, entrée, or use as a base for other dishes. A dependable soup solution for busy foodservice operations.

Preparation instruction: Place unopened bag of product in a large pot of boiling water. Lower heat and simmer until product reaches internal temperature of 165ºF. Approximately 40 - 50 minutes from frozen or 20 - 25 minutes from thawed state. Internal temperature can be checked by removing bag from water and folding it, unopened, around a stemmed thermometer. Transfer to a serving container and hold at 150ºF – 160ºF until served.
