Taste Traditions Cheddar Baked Potato Soup features diced potatoes, vegetables, and ham in a rich cheddar cheese broth. This heat-and-serve frozen soup is crafted in small batches for a homemade-style flavor, ideal for restaurants, cafés, and catering services.

Each 8 lb. bag (2 per case) supports high-volume kitchens, reducing prep time and labor. Serve as a standalone entrée, a side, or use as a base for creative dishes. A hearty, classic soup option that helps streamline operations without sacrificing taste.

Large cut potatoes, vegetables, and fine diced ham in a cheddar cheese broth.
 
Preparation instruction: Place unopened bag of product in a large pot of boiling water. Lower heat and simmer until product reaches internal temperature of 165ºF. Approximately 40 - 50 minutes from frozen or 20 - 25 minutes from thawed state. Internal temperature can be checked by removing bag from water and folding it, unopened, around a stemmed thermometer. Transfer to a serving container and hold at 150ºF – 160ºF until served.
