Only the finest North Atlantic deep water scallops are used. Always fresh, these succulent scallops are carefully cleaned, offering only the tender muscle in its natural shape for breading. A special coating of Oriental breading guarantees a golden brown appearance when fried.
Preparation instruction: DEEP FRY AT 350F FOR 2 - 2 ½ MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
