IQF Shrimp Bounty are a breaded whole shrimp product (labeled as imitation because the breading percentage exceeds 50%) made from PUD (Peeled and Undeveined) raw material. Coated at 65% minimum, this product is a mainstay of the industry because of its excellent value. Packed in 7.5 oz. pouches.
Preparation instruction: Deep fry at 350 degrees F for 2 -2 1/2 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
