Product is a great item for center of plate or can be used as a flavorful ingredient. • Contain 10 lb. continuous rope per case. Product is bulk packed in plastic • Product will be packed in an oyster white free carton possessing a minimum 200# bursting strength. Plain carton will be used with a Sysco Classic label. Product shall be vacuumed packaged. Plain carton and case label shall conform to standards set forth by Sysco Quality Assurance. Freeze or Use by date will consist of month, day, and year.
