Refrigerated Liquid Egg Product with Citric Acid Extended Shelf Life
Preparation instruction: Remove thawed carton of eggs from the refrigerator. Heat butter in large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Pour or ladle liquid eggs into pan. Let eggs set for 15 seconds or longer. Begin pulling the cooked eggs to the center of the pan, allowing the uncooked eggs to flow to the pan edges. Continue scrambling until no visible liquid egg remains. The eggs should appear moist, fluffy and light yellow in color. Remove from heat and serve immediately
