Preparation instruction: 1). Mix dry dressing with 62 1/2 gallons buttermilk. Mix with wire whisk or an electric mixer at low speed.
2). Add 62 1/2 gallons of mayonnaise to the buttermilk mixture. Continue mixing until smooth.
3). Refrigerate 12 hours for optimum flavor and thickness. Stir before using.
4). Using fresh ingredients, the prepared Ranch dressing will stay fresh for 3 -4 weeks in the refrigerator.
Yield 125 gallons.
