Cook product to an internal temperature of 165°F. Preparation and Cooking:
1. CONVECTION OVEN 350°F Preheated: Pour product into half pan; cover with foil. Stir halfway through cooking. Cook Thawed (40°F or less) product 20-25 minutes.
2. BOILING WATER: Place pouch in thermalizer; shake halfway through cooking. Cook Frozen (0°F) product 60-65 minutes/Thawed (40°F or less) product 35-40 minutes.
3.LOW PRESSURE STEAMER 5-7 lb PSI: Place pouch on a steamer pan; shake pouch halfway through cooking. Cook Frozen (0°F) product 40-45 minutes/Thawed (40°F or less) product 20-25 minutes.
4. If thawing, product must be thawed under refrigeration (40°F) for no more than 48 hours prior to cooking. DO NOT REFREEZE.Stouffers Macaroni and Cheese Pasta
