Preparation instructions: For food safety & quality, read and follow these COOKING INSTRUCTIONS to ensure that product reaches an internal temperature of 165F. Cooking time may vary based on equipment and quantity cooked in equipment. Check for doneness using a thermometer. CONVECTION OVEN 325F (Preheated): Tent lid. Place tray on a baking sheet. During last 10-15 minutes, gently rotate cabbage rolls and spoon with sauce; replace lid. Cook Frozen (0F) product for 1 hr. and 10-15 min./ Thawed (40F or less) product for 35-40 min. CONVENTIONAL OVEN 400F (Preheated): Tent lid. Place tray on a baking sheet. During last 10-15 minutes, gently rotate cabbage rolls and spoon with sauce; replace lid. Cook Frozen (0F) product for 1 hr. and 35-40 min./ Thawed (40F or less) product for 50-55 min. COMBI-OVEN 350F Full Fan Preheated: Tent lid. Place tray on baking sheet. Halfway through cooking, rotate cabbage rolls and spoon with sauce; replace lid. Cook Frozen (0F) product 35-40 minutes / Thawed (40F) product 25-30 minutes. LOW PRESSURE STEAMER 5-7 lb PSI: Do not loosen lid. Cook Thawed (40F or less) product for 45-50 min. MICROWAVE OVEN 1100 watt: Cook loosely covered in a microwave-safe container; spoon sauce over cabbage roll halfway through cooking. Cook one Thawed (40F or less) Cabbage Roll with Sauce on 50% Power for 4 1/2 - 5 min. Product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165F. Spoon sauce over each cabbage roll after cooking and before serving. If thawing, product must be thawed under refrigeration (40F) for no more than 48 hours prior to cooking. DO NOT REFREEZE.
