Preparation instructions: For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions:
Microwave oven (1100 Watts):
1. Prep. Remove film.
2. Cook 3 minutes on high. Contains raw fish.
3. Stir macaroni & cheese. Cook again 2 minutes on high.
4. Let stand 1 minute to complete cooking.
Conventional Oven (Preheat 350F):
1. Cut film to vent.
2. Place tray on baking sheet, center rack.
3. Cook 30 minutes.
4. Let stand 1 minute.
Will be hot!
ENSURE PRODUCT REACHES AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165F.
