The Nestle Stouffers Chicken and Dumplings are delicious and tender with pieces of cooked chicken meat seasoned in a chicken cream sauce. It is easy to prepare as it can be cooked in the oven or a microwave, saving time and labor. The Chicken and Dumplings come in a bulk pack of 4 per case and are a great buy for a deli take-out restaurant or a buffet.

Preparation instructions: For food safety and quality, follow COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Cook product to internal temperature of 165F. CONVECTION OVEN 325F Preheated: Do not loosen lid. Stir halfway through cooking; replace lid. Cook Frozen (0F) product for 60-65 min./Thawed (40F or less) product for 25-30 min. CONVENTIONAL OVEN 400F Preheated: Do not loosen lid. Stir halfway through cooking; replace lid. Cook Frozen (0F) product for 1 hr. 15-20 min./Thawed (40F or less) product for 35-40 min. LOW PRESSURE STEAMER 5-7 lb. PSI: Do not loosen lid. Cook Frozen (0F) product for 55-60 min./Thawed (40F or less) product for 30-35 min. MICROWAVE OVEN 1100 Watt: Cook loosely covered in microwave-safe container; stir. Cook 8 oz Thawed (40F or less) product on 50% Power for 2 to 3 min. Product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165F. Stir well before checking temperature. If thawing, product must be thawed under refrigeration (40F) for no more than 48 hours prior to cooking. DO NOT REFREEZE.
