Reduced Costs--portion-controlled to eliminate waste and provide an exact plate cost every time. Handling Ease-- each thinly sliced portion is double waxed paper-wrapped. Quality--100% tender chicken breast meat; approximately 95% lean; lightly marinated with natural chicken seasonings to offset the inherent dryness of cooked chicken.
Preparation type: GRILL
Preparation instructions: Flat grill: preheat to 350 degrees f. Place frozen chicken on grill. After the portion has cooked through about half itsthickness, flip the portion once. As the meat slices begin to cook, separate them with a spatula and add any desired seasonings. Chicken should have a consistent white color with absolutely no pink remaining when completely cooked.
