The Smart Flour Foods Ancient Grains Pizza Crust can be used to prepare yummy pizzas. This par-baked, round pizza crust is prepared with a blend of sorghum, amaranth, and teff. It works in a variety of ovens including high-heat and wood-fire ovens. The Smart Flour Foods pizza crust bulk pack will be great for pizzerias, cafeterias, and diners.

Gluten-free pizza crust made with ancient grains. The crust is free of gluten/wheat, casein/dairy, egg, soy and rice. It's made with the ancient grains, sorghum, amaranth and teff. The crust is par-baked and frozen.
 
Preparation instruction: Allow crust to defrost to room temperature, approximately 8-10 minutes. Add desired toppings. Bake at 400 degrees until the cheese melts and crust turns a golden-brown, approximately 10-13 minutes. *Due to differences in ovens, cooking temperatures and times my vary.
