Preparation instruction: STEAMER: Steam 1 bag thawed for 20 minutes, frozen for 25 minutes. Place unopened bag in perforated hotel pans. MICROWAVE: Microwave 1 bag thawed for 17 minutes, frozen for 25 minutes. Cut 1 inch slit in center of bag, cook on high. Turn frequently to prevent scorching. STOVE TOP: Boil in bag for 25 minutes if thawed, 45 minutes if frozen. Bring water to boil in a large pot. Completely immerse unopened bag in water. Return water to simmer. Rotate bag for even heating. CONVECTION OVEN: 325F for 20 minutes if thawed. Coat half-size hotel pan with non-stick spray. Remove potatoes from bag, arrange thawed potatoes in pan. Cover with lid or foil. Stir before serving. Note: Ideal serving temperature is 170F.
