Preparation instruction: DEEP FRY: Preheat fryer to 345F. Fill fryer basket no more than half full. Deep fry for 3 minutes. CONVECTION OVEN: Coat metal baking sheet with vegetable oil or a nonstick substance. Spread full bag (5 lbs.) evenly on baking sheet. Bake at 450F for 15 minutes., baking 4 trays at once.
