Just potatoes. Just oil. Just right. Created from a yellow-fleshed, 100% Idaho potato, Simply Gold(R) Fries offers a creamy internal texture and natural skin-on appearance that is hard to resist. Simply Gold(R) meets a variety of back of house preparation needs with bake-or-fry flexibility and convenience.
 
Preparation instruction: DEEP FRY: Preheat fryer to 345°F. Fill fryer basket no more than half full. Fry for 3¼ minutes. CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat oven to 425°F. Place single layer of frozen product onto full sheet pan. Bake 15-20 minutes. STANDARD OVEN: Preheat oven to 425°F. Place single layer of frozen product onto full sheet pan. Bake 18-23 minutes. COMBI OVEN: Preheat oven to 400°F. Set Fan to 75% and Steam to 50%. Place single layer of frozen product onto full sheet pan. Bake 12-15 minutes. Rotate pan half way thru cook time for more even bake.
