Made with fresh potatoes, these fries are battered in wheat flour and come seasoned with a mix of onion, garlic, and paprika. Preparation instruction: DEEP FRY: For best results, prepare 1 lb of product (or not more than half basket of product) for 2.5 minutes at 345F. STANDARD OVEN: Preheat oven to 450F. Place product in single layer on sheet pan. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes. CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat oven to 400F. Place product in single layer on sheet pan.
