The Simplot Diced Carrots have a farm-fresh flavor and color. Individually quick frozen for easy portioning, these carrot dices have been washed, sliced, trimmed saving time when prepping for large orders. This bulk pack of Simplot Diced Carrots are ideal for cafes, diners, and food trucks.
Colorful, delicious IQF carrots diced 3/8 x 3/8 x 3/8, good texture and tender when cooked. Rich in Vitamin A. A nutritious side dish, or as an ingredient in soups.
Preparation instruction: Keep frozen until ready to use. For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions to ensure product reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Because product is blanched during processing, quickly steam uncovered to bring up to 165F. Do not overcook. Cold dish: Add product to boiling water, stir, and return to boil. Drain and chill before adding to other ingredients.
