The Simplot Simple Goodness Parisian Carrot is a pack of ready-to-cook, hand-cut carrots. Washed, sliced, and trimmed, these Parisian carrots are uniform and consistently sized for even cooking. These are individually quick frozen to lock in the freshness and flavor. An ideal buy for restaurants, hotels, diners, and cafes, the bulk case contains 6 packs of Simplot Simple Goodness carrots.

Imported from Belgium, Parisian carrots are sized 18-22 mm and offer an upscale appearance sure to complement fine dining presentations.
 
Preparation instruction: Keep frozen until ready to use. For food safety and quality, cook to a temperature of 165°F. To serve cold, prepare vegetables as stated below. Then cool as rapidly as possible to refrigerated temperature. STOVE TOP: Bring 5 quarts of water to a boil on HIGH. Add one bag of frozen vegetables and cook for 10 minutes, stirring as needed. STEAMER: Arrange one bag of frozen vegetables in a slotted full-size steam table pan. Steam for 4 minutes . MICROWAVE (1100 Watts): Place one bag of frozen vegetables in a microwave safe dish. Add ¼ cup of water and cover. Cook on HIGH for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through cook time.
