Moulds of the Sessantaquaranta range were developed in order to obtain a more efficient use of the baking surface and to reduce the time for preparation thanks to the optimization of the productivity in a baking mould of the dimension 60×40 cm. The moulds are made of 100% food safe silicone and can be used in the blast chiller as well as in the oven.
