The Kit 3D Tarte Ring Bloom ø180 mm consists of a platinum silicone mould and a 3D TPlus+ ring. The TPlus+ ring allows you to create a shortcrust pastry shell that will be the basis of the final preparation. With the platinum silicone mould, you can create an original flower top that perfectly matches the dimensions of the 3D ring.
