Seviroli Tri-Color Cheese Tortellini 14oz - Pre-Cooked, IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) Tender pre-cooked pasta made with wholesome, fresh and high quality ingredients.

A tri-color durum semolina flour dough molded in a tortellini shape and filled with a ricotta, Romano, and parmesan blend filling.

Preparation instruction: Bring 4 qts. of lightly salted water to a boil. Add frozen tortellini to boiling water, reduce heat to low simmer, stir gently. Heat uncovered for approximately 3-5 minutes, until tortellini float or to desired tenderness. Heat until reaching a minimum internal temperature of 165°F for at least 15 seconds. Drain well and serve.
