The Seviroli Foods Stuffed Rigatoni Pasta is ready to heat and serve. It is a combination of durum semolina flour dough formed in a tubular shape filled with ricotta and Romano cheese blend. This pre-cooked pasta saves prep time and labor costs. The bulk pack is suitable for restaurants, bistros, and food trucks.

Seviroli Stuffed Rigatoni IQF (Individually Quick Frozen), PRE-COOKED A Durum Semolina flour dough molded in a tubular shape with pressed ends, filled with a ricotta and Romano cheese blend filling.
Preparation instruction: : DO NOT DEFROST. This special product has been partially boiled for your convenience. Microwave: Due to differences in microwave oven designs, cooking time may vary. Place frozen Rigatoni in a microwave safe container. Cover with your favorite sauce. Cover and microwave on high for approx. 5 min. stirring once halfway through. Stove Top: Add frozen Rigatoni to rapidly boiling salted water, when Rigatoni returns to boil, cook for 2 to 3 min. until heated through. DO NOT OVERCOOK. Strain and serve with your favorite sauce. Conventional Oven: Bake Rigatoni in an ovenable dish covered with your favorite sauce for 30 min. at approx. 350º. Garnish with your favorite grated cheese. Cook until reaching a minimum internal temperature of 160°F for at least 15 seconds.
