The Seviroli Foods Lobster Ravioli Pasta is ready to heat and serve. It is a combination of large hex lobster ravioli filled with chunky pieces of lobster and creamy ricotta. This pre-cooked ravioli saves prep time and labor costs. The bulk pack is suitable for restaurants, cafeterias, and food trucks.
Seviroli Jumbo Hex Lobster Ravioli
Preparation instruction: Bring 4 qts. of water to a boil, add 1 tbsp. of salt for every pound. Add frozen ravioli to boiling water, reduce heat to low simmer, stir gently. Cook uncovered for approximately 5-7 minutes, until ravioli float or to desired tenderness. Cook until reaching a minimum internal temperature of 160°F for at least 15 seconds. Drain well and serve.
